hello everyone!

yes, it has been a long time, but that is how it is in a village, even a big one like kankossa.

right now, i am in aioun to celebrate thanksgiving with some PCV friends. we are celebrating tomorrow - a day late - because annika and i wanted to celebrate the end of Ramadan with our friend and families in kankossa. (yes, i fasted for ramadan - nearly. i did drink water during the day, but nothing else.)

i will return to kiffa on satrurday, where i will have better internet access. thusly, this will be a quick entry to get a couple points across:

1 happy thankgiving!

2 if anyone wants to waste over two bucks a minute to call me, they can do so at country code 011-222-647-3355 (that's how you call, yes, dad? if not, write another entry and correct me.) i will be there until wed, at least. it is a cell.
